Full Service WEdding Planning

Kenley Kreations Offers The Ultimate Full Service Wedding Coordination–Have Your Vision Come Alive!

Our experience in event planning gives you all the resources and options you need to create the event that you want. Enjoy a relaxing planning process with the help of our event planning experts – saving you time and money as well as creating a stress-free experience. We review your vendor contracts, setup & attend all your meetings, and guide you every step of the way.

Consultation meetings (2 in-person meetings per week, unlimited email/phone consultations)
Assistance in developing a complete event design including: theme, style, colour, and décor.

Budget development & management.
Guest list management, tracking of R.S.V.P’s
Development of detailed event timeline and progress updates.
Access to preferred vendors and discounts.
Venue & vendor sourcing that fit your event style and budget.
Vendor follow-up and payment tracking.
Supervision of setup and preparation of venue including: tables, chairs, linens, centrepieces, & décor.
Assistance in event etiquette and wedding protocol.
On-site coordination and supervision of the entire event.
Up to twenty 1.5 hour in-person appointments.

Day- of/Month- of- Coordination

Meeting with client to discuss event’s vision.

Detailed itinerary and timeline for client & contracted vendors.
Confirmation of all vendors prior to the event.
Coordination of vendor delivery, payments, and setup.
Supervision during wedding rehearsal.
Supervision of setup and preparation of venue including: tables, chairs, linens, centrepieces, & décor.
Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination and supervision at the event.
